SESSION POLICIES 1. CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS: If you need to cancel a session before 48 hours of the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding a £15 fee to cover administrative and bank charges. If you cancel a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the session is considered forfeited, and payment is non-refundable. Rescheduling a session to another day within the same month is free of charge. 2. LATE ARRIVAL: Please be punctual for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the duration may be shortened accordingly. 3. NO-SHOW If you fail to attend a session without prior notice or cancel within 24 hours of the session, the session will be considered forfeited, and the payment is non-refundable. 4. RETREAT GUIDELINES & POLICIES Cancellation Policy - 50% Deposit: Deposit Requirement: - A deposit of at least 50%, based on your selected package, is required to secure your spot when booking. Full Payment: - The total price for the retreat is to be completed before one (1) month prior to the retreat's starting date. Cancellations: - If you cancel your spot at any time before one month before the retreat, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit excluding a £44 administration fee and bank charges. - If you cancel within one month of the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded. Last-Minute Cancellations (Within 7 Days): - Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat will result in a 50% refund of the total retreat cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit. No-Show Policy: - If you do not attend the retreat without prior notice, the full retreat cost, including the deposit, will be forfeited. Refund Processing: - Any applicable refunds will be processed within 30 days of your cancellation request. Refund Method: - Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Any transaction fees or currency conversion costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant. Reservation Changes: - If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as transferring your spot to another person, please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.
