1. CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS: If you need to cancel a session before 48 hours of the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding a £15 fee to cover administrative and bank charges. If you cancel a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the session is considered forfeited, and payment is non-refundable. Rescheduling a session to another day within the same month is free of charge. 2. LATE ARRIVAL: Please be punctual for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the duration may be shortened accordingly. 3. NO-SHOW If you fail to attend a session without prior notice or cancel within 24 hours of the session, the session will be considered forfeited, and the payment is non-refundable. 4. CONFIDENTIALITY: Your personal and session-related information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
