About This Retreat

I invite you to join me for this intimate retreat where you can relax, release, and reclaim. As you arrive, you will embark on a journey of letting go of the busyness and stresses of daily life through rejuvenating Ayurvedic treatments.


We will rest in the luxury of our personal beachside retreat at Five Tangalle, where the health and care of their guests is their passion and joy.


Throughout the week, I will guide you through a process of inner reflection, connecting you with the transformational energies of my Sacred Oils and helping you achieve a higher state of conscious awareness.


The theme of the week will be exploration and balance. We will deepen our connection with ourselves during our group sessions, have time for personal reflection and integration, and have the opportunity to explore Southern Sri Lanka through nature and cultural tours.


  • Attunement - You will receive a daily Attunement to cleanse, open, rejuvenate, and upgrade you to the new frequencies introduced for these times and soul alignment.


  • Birth - We will welcome the new you, power, purpose, and presence that is ready to be born.


  • Mother - Heal ancestral wounds to open you up to your compassionate loving truth.


  • Father - Develop connection trust and inner guidance to live your life in fullness.

  • The retreat is situated in Tangalle, Sri Lanka, along the pristine shores of Mawella Bay, one of the South Coast's most stunning beaches. With its soft, velvety sands, calm waters for swimming and snorkelling, and captivating sunsets, this beach offers the perfect backdrop for your retreat experience.


    You'll also be treated to picturesque scenes of local fisherman life, tropical wildlife like playful monkeys, the odd cow, and various bird species inluding peacocks. If you're lucky, you might even witness a sea turtle nesting or the adorable hatchlings making their way to the sea. Tangalle's Mawella Bay provides the ideal natural setting for a memorable retreat.

  • Enjoy a delightful healthy breakfast and one additional meal daily, included as part of the retreat. At the accommodation; 'Five Tangalle', a commitment to healthy, clean living is at the heart of their culinary philosophy. They grow most of their vegetables and herbs in their own organic biodynamic gardens, forage wild ingredients from the nearby jungle, and source fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen who catch it just outside the gates on the very same day. The cuisine at Five Tangalle is a celebration of honest food, a balanced diet, and a dedication to eating seasonally.

    Whilst Alison is in Sri Lanka at the end of this year, she will be exploring experiences that will enhance the retreat, such as a sunrise safari, art workshops, temples, etc.

    • Accommodation: Enjoy a shared room with one other person.

    Private Room Package £1.850


    • Accommodation: Relax in the privacy of your own room.


    To reserve your spot for this retreat, a minimum deposit of 50% is required. The total price for the retreat is to be completed at least one month before the retreat's start date. Please read the policies before booking.

  • Cancellation Policy - 50% Deposit:


    Deposit Requirement:


    • -A deposit of at least £725 (50% of £1.450) or £925 (50% £1.850), based on your selected package is required to secure your spot when booking.


    Full Payment:


    • The total price for the retreat is to be completed before the 29th of February.


    Cancellations:


    • If you cancel your spot at any time before one month before the retreat, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit excluding a £44 administration fee and bank charges.

    • If you cancel within one month of the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.


    Last-Minute Cancellations (Within 7 Days):


    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat will result in a 50% refund of the total retreat cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit.


    No-Show Policy:


    • If you do not attend the retreat without prior notice, the full retreat cost, including the deposit, will be forfeited.


    Refund Processing:


    • Any applicable refunds will be processed within 30 days of your cancellation request.


    Refund Method:


    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Any transaction fees or currency conversion costs incurred are the responsibility of the participant.


    Reservation Changes:


    • If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as transferring your spot to another person, please contact us in advance to discuss the available options.
